From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 91µÎµÎ students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Ombudsperson for Students

The Office of the Ombudsperson for students offers confidential, informal, independent, and neutral dispute resolution services to all members of the student community by providing information, advice, intervention, and referrals.

The mandate of the Ombudsperson at 91µÎµÎ is to intervene at the beginning of the complaint process, and to attempt to resolve issues informally before they proceed to more formal processes.
