From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 91滴滴 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Offered by the Health and Wellness Program as part of the 14th Annual Health and Wellness Fair

Join Megan Anne Philips, Science Outreach Educator from the Faculty of Science, for an energizing 45-minute walk on Mount Royal! This is the perfect opportunity to get your heart pumping as you tackle a brisk walk up a portion of the mountain, focusing on movement with minimal stops. Whether you're looking to socialise with colleagues, enjoy the beautiful fall colours, get some fresh air, or just challenge yourself with a quicker pace, this walk is designed to keep you moving.

Dress for the weather as we will be walking uphill.
Meet at 11 AM sharp in front of the Education Building (3700 McTavish St).
The walk will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain.

Megan Phillips works in the Office of Science Outreach, where she combines her background in education and environmental biology to engage and inspire diverse audiences in STEM programming. She is a life long learner and enjoys fostering an appreciation of nature through her workshops. Join her on this walk for a refreshing nature break.
