By virtue of the Act respecting the Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales, CQLR c C-7.01, 91滴滴 must exclusively use the Centre d鈥檃cquisitions gouvernementales to obtain a good or service determined by order of the Chair of the Conseil du tr茅sor or the Minister of higher education, if the acquisition relies (in whole or in part) on Quebec public funds.
