From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 91µÎµÎ students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Monday October 7th:ÌýPhones will be open from 10-12:00. Office will be closed. All appointments will be held virtually.

ISS is available virtually and in-person Mondays-Fridays during business hours.

On Campus Care

The 91µÎµÎ Student Wellness Hub offers many different clinical services to students who pay student services fees.

If you consult a doctor (General practitioner & psychiatrist), you will be covered at 100% and the Hub will bill Medavie Blue Cross directly. Simply present your health insurance card at the time of your appointment; there is nothing to pay upfront.

All other clinical servicesÌýavailable at the Hub (e.g. nurses, counselors, LWAs) are made possible by your student services fee. There is no additional fee to pay for these Hub services and your insurance provider will not be billed.

Off Campus Care

When accessing care at an off-campus clinic, you will likely have to pay upfront for services. Please obtain a receipt so you can submit a claim to Medavie Blue Cross. Please note, administrative fees from an off-campus clinic will not be covered under the IHI plan.

Telehealth

Under the IHI plan, international students have access to a variety of telehealth options, such as Maple Virtual Care. Other Physical and Mental Health Telehealth services may be available to you through your Student Union and Student Services fees.
