From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 91滴滴 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Special Letter Request Form

Please note: Most letters needed can be obtained on Minerva as a听Standard letters of registration and graduation. If the Minerva Letter is not sufficient you may continue with the form below. Please see the Student Records website for more detailed information on the Minerva Proof of Enrolment letters and other letters provided by . There are also other letters available for download, such as language of instruction and sessional dates.

An Undergraduate letter is produced via Service Point.

If you require听early Faculty Approval once听all your final grades have been submitted and appear on your transcript, please fill the form below.听Once the Faculty Approval has been entered and confirmed by MESC, you may submit your PGWP request to Service Point.

Post Graduate Work Permit

After final grades appear in the the transcript but before the degree is conferred, letters for a Post graduate work permit is produced by Service Point. However, before that is possible, please fill the form below for graduation Faculty approval given by MESC. Once the Faculty Approval has been confirmed by MESC (confirmation will be sent to your 91滴滴 email), you may submit your PGWP request to Service PoinT.
