Seminar title: Primary Care Trials at Upstream Lab
Speaker: Andrew Pinto, MD., Founder and Director of the Upstream Lab, a non-profit research lab based at St. Michael鈥檚 Hospital in Toronto.
When: Friday October 11, 12.30 to 1.30 pm.
Where: Virtually by Zoom.
This half-day inter-disciplinary and inter-professional symposium will bring together the views of those working in the field and the modelling of complex care trajectories for vulnerable elderly patients. The cross-analysis of global demographic trends, medical, social and environmental risk factors, and the direct and indirect impacts of the various public health plans implemented in France and Quebec on health outcomes and care consumption, will give rise to a synthesis and reflections to guide future experimentation or intervention protocols.
