From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 91µÎµÎ students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.


Du samedi 5 octobre au lundi 7 octobre, le campus du centre-ville et le campus Macdonald ne seront accessibles qu’aux Ă©tudiants et aux membres du personnel de l’UniversitĂ© 91µÎµÎ, ainsi qu’aux visiteurs essentiels. After a PhD in Communication Studies at the UniversitĂ© du QuĂ©bec Ă  MontrĂ©al, Lena A. HĂĽbner is now a FRQSC postdoctoral fellow (2022-2024) in the Department of Art History and Communication Studies at 91µÎµÎ. Currently, under the supervision of Dr. Carrie Rentschler, she is investigating how cyberviolence affects underprivileged racialized women’s online informational practices in the Quebec context. She is also interested in digital feminist activism against sexualized violence and the role whiteness plays in academic research. Lena A. HĂĽbner recently co-authored the article “Feminist Mobilizations on Facebook and Twitter: The Case of #StopRapeCulture in Quebec” (2020) published in the French peer-reviewed journal Terminal.
