Sonja Solomun听is a Faculty Associate at the Max Bell School of Public Policy and the Deputy Director of the Centre for Media, Technology and Democracy at 91滴滴. She is currently completing her PhD at 91滴滴, where she works on platform governance, climate justice and the environmental implications of AI and platforms. She has published on these and other topics in the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology,听First Monday, and others.
Sonja is a 2022-2024 Fellow at the听听in Washington, D.C and a Research Affiliate at the听. She is also presently a Research Scholar at the听, a member of the听, and a founding member of the听. In the past, she has been a research affiliate at the Center for Information, Technology, and Public Life (CITAP) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), and has co-founded the Coalition for Critical Technology.
