Overview
Are you a social science or聽humanities undergraduate student that wishes to gain a broader interdisciplinary understanding of medicine and health issues?聽聽
The聽Social Studies of Medicine聽Minor聽Concentration聽will allow you to see聽medicine as聽it relates to different聽institutions, cultures, and political聽issues and concepts.聽You will finish the program with a greater understanding of how medicine and health are embedded into various parts of our聽lives.聽Courses聽are divided into three groups: History of Medicine, Anthropology of Medicine, and Sociology of Medicine.聽聽
