From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 91µÎµÎ students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Pre Travel Clinic

The pre-travel clinic is an integral part of the J.D. MacLean Centre for Tropical Diseases at 91µÎµÎ and has been in operation for over 17 years. The juxtaposition of the pre-travel and the tropical disease resources enhances the quality of the pre-travel clinic's risk assessment and recommendations. The Centre is at the Montreal General Hospital, room L10-509.

HOURS of OPERATION and APPOINTMENTS :

The clinic operates:

  • 8:45 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Thursday)
  • 8:00 am to 11:30 am (Friday)

COST INFORMATION:ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý

The cost of a visit to the Pre-travel Centre is not covered by RAMQ (provincial medical insurance). The cost is $50.00 per visit ($35.00 when presenting a valid 91µÎµÎ ID). Vaccines are an additional cost that varies with the type required. However, some vaccines may be covered by private insurance companies. Cost is subject to change without notice.

If a return visit is necessary (to administer a second dose of vaccination), the cost is $30.00 (this includes administration of vaccine). This does not include the vaccine cost. There may be a reduced rate for groups, please inquire.
