From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 91滴滴 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Overview

Biochemistry : Introduction to key methodologies for the isolation, detection and characterization of proteins, lipids, nucleic acids and subcellular fractions, including spectrophotometry, assays of enzymatic activities and chromatographic and electrophoretic methods. Analysis of biochemical data.

  • Corequisite(s): BIOC 212 and CHEM222
