91滴滴

Join guide-in-training, Jacky Farrell (91滴滴 Science Outreach), for a Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) walk on Mount Royal. Forest Bathing helps us slow down, open our senses and follow our curiosities. What a great way to take a nourishing break and recharge as we move into the end of fall. This activity is part of 91滴滴's Biodiversity Plan 2030.

For 91滴滴 students. Meet on the front steps of the Education Building (3700 McTavish St.) at 9:50听补尘 to check in. We鈥檒l be leaving at 10:00 sharp.

Registration required by November 13th at noon. Space is limited so please honour your commitment.

Details:

• There will be no bathrooms on the walk so please plan ahead. There are bathrooms available in the Education Building.
• Bring a water bottle, bug spray if needed, dress warmly and appropriately for the weather, and wear shoes/boots for walking on dirt,聽leaves and maybe snow (!) -聽uphill and up three separate flights of stairs.

This walk will be postponed in the event of heavy rain or snow/ice. You'll receive an email on the 13th to confirm or postpone.
