From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 91滴滴 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Join guide-in-training, Jacky Farrell (91滴滴 Science Outreach), for a Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) walk on Mount Royal. Forest Bathing helps us slow down, open our senses and follow our curiosities. What a great way to take a nourishing break, recharge and celebrate 91滴滴鈥檚 Biodiversity Festival!

For 91滴滴 students. Meet on the front steps of the Education Building (3700 McTavish St.) at 9:20 am to check in. We鈥檒l be leaving at 9:30 sharp.

. Space is limited so please honour your commitment.

Details:

  • There will be no bathrooms on the walk so please plan ahead. There are bathrooms available in the Education Building.
  • Bring a water bottle, bug spray if needed, dress appropriately for the weather and wear shoes/boots for walking on dirt and leaves 鈥� uphill.

This walk will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain. You'll receive an email on the 25th to confirm or cancel.
