From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 91滴滴 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

This course provides an overview of best practices for Major Incident Management. The audience聽will learn聽how to manage聽tasks and ensure that聽their teams can follow 91滴滴's Major Incident Management (MIM) procedures while dealing with major issues. Topics covered include:

  • Identifying Major Incidents
  • Promoting incidents assigned to your team
  • Sending out Major Incident alerts
  • Locating and closing Major Incidents assigned to you or your team
