From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 91滴滴 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

CMS 101 - Webtop for Student Records

Webtop, a web-based interface in Documentum (software application used by 91滴滴 for CMS), enables us to capture, manage, store, track and deliver information, content and documents within a single repository.

This hands-on workshop is for staff who have to learn how to use Webtop for student records. It provides an overview of the main features of the Webtop interface and covers the following: check out, edit and check in of a document, annotate a PDF, import files and folders, create new files and folders, versions, notifications, quick flow and searching.
