This workshop, "Debunking Common Dental Hygiene Myths," aims to shed light on the most prevalent myths and provide evidence-based insights to ensure better dental care. From the effectiveness of certain toothpaste brands to the truth about flossing and sugar's role in cavities, we will explore and correct the false beliefs that often lead to improper dental habits. Join us to separate fact from fiction and learn how to maintain a healthy, radiant smile based on science, not myths.

About the Speaker

Jessica is an educated, enthusiastic, and passionate dental hygienist, currently working in the Student and Staff Dental Clinic and the Undergraduate Teaching Clinic of the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences at 91滴滴. In this role, she impacts public oral health by providing preventive dental hygiene services to patients and helps future generations of dentists acquire the clinical skills necessary to do the same.
