Biography
Candace Seniw, MA, BComm, is a senior practitioner in business transformation with 14 years of experience in organizational change management, training and finance.
During her years at Bombardier Aerospace, Candace managed the Training & Education team within the IT-Change Management department and led project teams for the development and delivery of change management, communication, and training strategies for large ERP, business process and system change implementations. Candace previously taught the Interpersonal Communications and Relationships course within the department of Applied Human Sciences at Concordia University. Prior to completing her Master of Arts in Human Systems Intervention, she worked at TD Canada Trust in various senior/management roles.
Candace has a business transformation practice, Strategic Avenue Consulting inc., designing and delivering workshops to business leaders who wish to develop soft skills, and acquire skills in managing change within organizations as well as managing and leading teams. She also provides consulting and coaching services to business leaders on structured methodologies pertaining to the successful change implementations within organizations.
