This two-day training course is designed to provide and enhance a basic working knowledge of sleep medicine. It is designed for neurology residents and fellows from across Canada as well as general practitioners, community neurologists, and specialists who are interested in further enhancing their understanding of the current principles and practices in dealing with patients with sleep disorders.

The event honours the career and memory ofPrestonRobb, who is considered one of the founders of Canadian child neurology. Dr. Robb started pediatric neurology at the MCH. He was a pioneer epileptologist and a Director of The Neuro (Montreal Neurological Institute-Hospital).

The Neuro's Dorothy J. Killam Lecture was established in 2004 to recognize women of influence in business, science, politics or the humanities.
Dr. Susan Dymecki, Professor of Genetics at the Blavatnik Institute at Harvard Medical School, will deliver the 2025 Dorothy J. Killam lecture. A cocktail reception will follow for registered attendees.
