Three-day modification to reduced-mobility route due to drilling intervention next to Leacock

From Monday, Jan. 27 to Wednesday, Jan. 29, the pedestrian and reduced-mobility passage between the Leacock Building and Doctor-Penfield Avenue will be closed during the day (6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) due to drilling work planned as part of the Leacock project (see attached plan).

The staircase between McTavish St. and Doctor-Penfield Avenue will remain open to pedestrians and universal access to Doctor-Penfield will be maintained through the Brown Building, between 6:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. (see plan below). The passage will be reopened each day at 5 p.m.

The noise generated by the drilling operation should be of a level similar to that of an idling truck.
