From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 91滴滴 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

91滴滴 research included in Qu茅bec Science鈥檚 top 10 best of the year

Research conducted by 91滴滴 researchers ranks among the year鈥檚 best, according to聽Qu茅bec Science听尘补驳补锄颈苍别.

The magazine has published its annual top 10 list of the province鈥檚 most groundbreaking scientific discoveries, and three have ties to 91滴滴 researchers.

The three studies affiliated with 91滴滴 researchers address some of the world鈥檚 most pressing challenges: extreme climate change, treatment for cancer patients, and the quality of seawater.

鈥淚 wish to congratulate the researchers who鈥檝e been recognized by Qu茅bec Science for their remarkable contributions to scientific discovery,鈥� says Martha Crago, 91滴滴鈥檚 Vice-President, Research and Innovation. 鈥淭his distinction reflects the excellent contribution 91滴滴 makes to science in Quebec and also the significant impact of their work to improving the health of global populations and the planet.鈥�
