From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to 91滴滴 students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • 听 Challenge conventional understandings of leadership
  • 听 Recognize essential elements of leadership
  • 听Differentiate between well-known theories and models of leadership
  • 听Develop their personal philosophy and approach to leadership

Description: In this session, students explore the definition of leadership and consider important aspects of leadership. Different models and theories are also considered, and students begin to develop their personal philosophy of leadership.
